Ugh. The dA group is pretty much dead!
And yet I can't help but think this is somehow partially my fault. To be honest, I've drawn like crazy! Concepting characters, playing around with proportions, everything! But in the end, I usually ended up crumpling it up and tossing it, simply because I was too embarrassed with the end result to upload it.
Imagine if instead, we all uploaded that stuff, not caring about how bad it might actually be. Get into the habit of maybe drawing something once a week, then just go crazy and put it up, it doesn't even have to be digitized or anything. Or good! Just for the sole purpose of seeing what everyone else says. And this wouldn't just be a me thing, this would have to be myself, Denzin, Illwilledmarine, Soda, Stabs, ALL OF YOU. Maybe I (we?) wouldn't draw like 13-year old fangirls anymore.
